RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility: You have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items and Gift Vouchers: Final sale items and gift vouchers are non-refundable.Refund Options: We offer two refund options: a digital gift card or a refund to the original payment method. Terms and conditions may apply.

EXCHANGES

Size or Style Changes: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style (of equal or lesser value), we’re happy to accommodate this change.
Shipping on Exchanges: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Fri Period will cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
