How do I wash them?

It's easy! Simply rinse in cool water, wash in your machine at a low temperature, and then hang or lay flat to dry.

Avoid bleach or softener to extend the life of your period underwear.

What are the made of?

Fri Period underwear are made from OEKO-TEX certified fabrics (we don't use PFAS or any other harmful chemicals). Here are the full deets:

Lining: 95% organic cotton, 5% spandex
Outer Layer: 95% natural bamboo, 5% spandex
Inner Core: 80% polyester, 20% nylon with breathable PUL.

100% comfort. 0% nasties.
