I've only had to use these once so far so hopefully I'm not jumping the gun on a 5 star review...my last cycle wasn't quite as heavy as usual...HOWEVER, the absorption seemed VERY good. Usually after a whole day of wearing my Thinx, while they absorb pretty good, I tend to leak out the sides a bit. The gussets in my thinx don't do a great job of keeping fluids directed away from the clothes you're wearing; I felt like I was constantly transferring blood onto the insides of the pants or shorts I was wearing. I did NOT have that problem once in these. Also, SUPER comfortable.
