We’re thrilled to announce that Fri Period has been honored with the Bronze Menstrual Wellness Champion Award at the Sexual Wellness Awards 2024.

We're on a mission to break down the stigma surrounding menstruation and empower people to embrace their cycles with confidence, and so this recognition means a lot to us.

Shining a Light on Periods

Periods are a natural part of life (in fact, human life wouldn't exist without them!), but so many of us still feel like it's a topic we can't openly (or ever!) discuss. At Fri Period, we want to change that narrative. With 1.8 billion of us globally bleeding each month and a veritable epidemic of people suffering from undiagnosed yet treatable hormonal issues, these conversations are more important than they've ever been.

From our stain-shame-eradicating period underwear to our blogs and messaging, every part of our work is designed to foster an open, honest, and positive dialogue around menstruation.
